Abstract

In 2019, the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(named COVID-19) has caused great changes in the living habits of residents, so the community group buying model has re-emerged and has gradually become a new consumption mode and it will continue to exist even the COVID-19 epidemic has ended at the end of 2022 in China. Under this background, based on the existing literature research, this research is carried out in China, and it aims to make an empirical study on consumers repurchase intention of fresh product under community group buying from four aspects: product quality, logistics service quality, information service quality and service quality of community group leader. SPSS25.0 is used for data analysis. The results of data analysis show that the factors that influencing consumer's repurchase intention of fresh product under community group buying are listed in order of importance are product quality, logistics service quality, information service quality and service quality of community group leader. Based on the results, the corresponding improvement suggestions are provided from the perspective of informatization. The research findings will finally provide reference and suggestions for the sustainable development of fresh product community group buying in the post-epidemic era. © 2023 ACM.
